Join this intimate 1-hour virtual somatic therapy workshop where we’ll explore the emotional and nervous system patterns connected to hip pain, tight hips, and chronic tension held within the body. Hip pain is often connected to deeper themes of feeling unsupported, instability, fear of moving forward, or carrying emotional stress and responsibility alone.
This is not a yoga class — you will experience and witness live somatic therapy designed to help release the core wound tied to tight hips and stored emotional tension. You’ll also learn how unresolved stress and emotional patterns can become trapped within the body and contribute to chronic pain and restriction.
