Somatic Life Coaching

Coaching sessions are really about helping you come back to yourself. A lot of the people I work with are smart, self-aware, capable people who still feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, or unsure of themselves underneath it all.

Together, we explore the patterns, emotional responses, beliefs, nervous system dynamics, and life experiences that may be keeping you from feeling fully connected to yourself and the life you actually want. My approach is very relational and grounded in emotional intelligence, nervous system awareness, honest conversation, and practical support that helps you create real change in your life.

While therapy tends to focus more on healing and processing deeper emotional wounds, coaching is more focused on growth, clarity, self-awareness, and helping you move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. The goal isn’t to become a different person. It’s to feel more connected, more trusting of yourself, and more like you again.
