Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy sessions are a space to better understand yourself, your nervous system, your emotional patterns, and why you respond the way you do under stress. A lot of the people I work with are incredibly self-aware intellectually, but still find themselves anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, disconnected, or stuck in the same patterns no matter how much they “understand” themselves.
Together, we work with the body and nervous system directly, not just through talking. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, connected to yourself, and able to move through life with more self-trust, awareness, and compassion for yourself.
While coaching is usually more focused on goals, growth, and moving forward, somatic therapy creates space for deeper healing, emotional processing, and nervous system repair. It’s less about fixing yourself and more about learning how to feel safe, connected, and supported within yourself again.
